- We are looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated People Support Specialist to join our team based in Penang, Malaysia. As the first point of contact for employees, you will provide high-quality support, guiding them through company policies, benefits, payroll, and HR systems.

Job Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in employee support with a strong grasp of HR policies, benefits, payroll, and HRIS.
Proficiency in Workday HCM or other HRIS platforms is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai (or other required languages) at a C1 or higher level.
Fluency in other languages highly preferred (Spanish, Italian, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, German etc)
