Position Overview

The Manager of Clinical Operations & Quality plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing Sevaro’s telehealth programs nationwide. Reporting to the Director of Clinical Operations & Quality, this individual will lead implementation initiatives, drive quality improvement efforts, and support the ongoing operational success of both new and existing hospital partners.

This role requires a highly organized, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about improving stroke and neurological care delivery through innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesTelehealth Program Implementations
  • Lead and manage telehealth implementation projects from kickoff through go-live.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, workflows, and implementation documentation.

  • Coordinate communication between internal teams and hospital stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and operational goals.

  • Coordinate onsite implementation and training visits with hospital partners as needed.

  • Support operational collaboration with physician recruitment, credentialing, and licensing teams when applicable.

Quality Improvement & Clinical Operations
  • Monitor clinical quality metrics and maintain accurate, complete case documentation with timely clinician follow-up as needed.

  • Identify and communicate operational issues to hospital partners in a timely manner.

  • Review thrombolytic cases, identify process improvement opportunities, and initiate root cause analysis for performance outliers.

  • Manage documentation requests from hospital partners and coordinate provider follow-up promptly.

  • Escalate hospital concerns, case reviews, or operational issues appropriately for physician leadership review.

  • Collaborate regularly with physician leads regarding ongoing quality initiatives and operational concerns.

  • Prepare and report stroke quality metrics by site, provider, and organizational trends on a recurring basis.

  • Participate in hospital stroke committee meetings and educational sessions.

  • Coordinate educational lectures, mock drills, and Sevaro training initiatives.

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of clinical workflows, protocols, and best practice guidelines.

  • Support pre-implementation meetings and onboarding activities for new hospital partners.

  • Review stroke alert workflows, protocols, and order sets for quality improvement opportunities.

  • Contribute to clinical accreditation maintenance by ensuring workflows, documentation, and quality processes meet applicable standards.

  • Fulfill on-call responsibilities as assigned to ensure continuity of operational support.

Clinician & Hospital Partnership Management
  • Serve as a primary operational contact for Sevaro clinicians, addressing questions, concerns, and operational needs with appropriate escalation.

  • Foster strong clinician relationships through responsive communication and operational support.

  • Own the day-to-day operational relationship with hospital partners from implementation through ongoing program management.

  • Coordinate onsite quality visits and service expansion initiatives.

  • Collaborate with hospital leadership and clinical teams to optimize telehealth workflows and patient care outcomes.

  • Provide educational resources and operational support to ensure successful program utilization.

Qualifications
  • Active RN License required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in clinical operations or healthcare quality management, preferably within a stroke or neurology program.

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience, with direct oversight of clinical or operational staff.

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a proven ability to translate data into actionable improvement strategies.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote work environment with a high degree of self-direction and professional accountability.

Preferred

  • Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience with Joint Commission accreditation processes, including survey preparedness and gap analysis.

  • Experience with clinical accreditation processes and quality standards.

  • Familiarity with telehealth workflows, teleneurology programs, and clinical documentation standards.

  • Project management experience, including leading cross-functional or multi-site initiatives.

  • Comfort with emerging healthcare technologies, including collaborative platforms and data analytics tools.
