Spectrum is seeking a skilled leader to develop and implement strategies that expand our Spectrum Community Solutions footprint. In this pivotal role, you will guide and inspire Account Executives to achieve ambitious goals while strengthening long-term relationships with property stakeholders. Your leadership will fuel Spectrum's continued market growth and reputation for excellence.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Drive acquisition, retention and growth of Spectrum Community Solutions business by developing and executing effective sales strategies
  • Supervise and support a team of Account Executives and Senior Account Executives, ensuring achievement of sales goals and quotas
  • Oversee monitoring and tracking of new-build projects using management reports and tools to optimize project outcomes
  • Coordinate SCS activities with leadership and stakeholders to maximize investments and revenues
  • Analyze market conditions and manage sales portfolios, identifying opportunities for acquisitions and win-backs
  • Manage all aspects of team performance, including selection, training, development, evaluation and compensation
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Legal teams to ensure contracts and compliance, while building strong relationships with property owners and industry associations

Working Conditions
  • Office-based role with travel up to 25% as required

What You'll Bring to Spectrum
Required Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field or equivalent work experience

Experience
  • 7+ years of sales management experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience

Skills
  • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Proficiency with automated reporting and analysis applications
  • Advanced knowledge of Spectrum products and services
  • Strong organizational agility and negotiation skills
  • Ability to communicate and implement strategies and tactics with clarity
  • Analytical skills for interpreting data and market trends
  • Effective communication with employees, customers, suppliers and leadership at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Judgment, initiative and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong motivation and supervisory skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and personal computer applications
  • Professional demeanor in high-pressure situations
