The Settlement Manager will be responsible for the execution and accuracy of Lowe’s settlement and billing. The Settlement Manager will be required to fully understand all aspects of Lowe’s settlement, including standard and non-standard pay and bill requirements and open order review and closure. They will also work closely with the field to resolve any settlement discrepancies. The Settlement Manager will also be responsible for overseeing, training, and development of the settlement administrators.
Core Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organization and preparation of all Lowe’s orders to pay and bill daily
- Identifying proper additional/exception pay and bill for all orders
- Ensure all revenue available is captured
- Implement efficiencies, where possible, to streamline settlement process and eliminate errors
- Plan and manage execution of rate changes
- Engagement and positive culture
- Work directly with Settlement Administrators, Field Operations, Billing and IT departments
- Adhere and enforce all operational policies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Prior experience in management and/or logistics/billing
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong leadership and planning ability
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must have the ability to prioritize workload and manage time
- Identifies and resolves problems. Demonstrates attention to detail
- Identifies opportunities to increase accuracy and optimize resources and develops/recommends/implements solutions
- Ability to deal effectively with individuals and groups within and outside the organization
- Provides timely and professional support to all internal/external customers and vendors
- Effective organization and leadership skills
- Proven leadership and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively supervise, coach and influence employees
- Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office, Outlook, AS400
Salary: up to $65,000/year base salary
This is an estimated range based on the circumstances at the time of posting, however it may change based on a combination of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, education, market factors, geographical location, budget, and demand.
