Our client is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support their team on a part-time, 100% remote basis. They operate in the digital marketing space and have supported brand growth in recent years through consistent social media presence and content-driven engagement strategies.

This role focuses on supporting day-to-day marketing execution across social media and email. The Marketing Assistant will help create, schedule, and manage content while ensuring brand voice and visual consistency across client accounts.

Responsibilities
  • Create social media content using Canva, including posts, stories, and reels.

  • Schedule and publish content across social media platforms.

  • Manage and monitor social media channels.

  • Build, format, and send newsletters on a regular basis.

  • Ensure content aligns with each brand’s style and tone.

  • Coordinate communication through WhatsApp as needed.

  • Support basic updates or content tasks related to websites when required.

  • Maintain consistency, organization, and timely delivery of marketing tasks.



Requirements
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.

  • Strong Canva skills for social and visual content.

  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.

  • Experience building and sending newsletters.

  • Strong communication skills and creative mindset.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time role.
