The OneHome Strategy Advancement Advisor will be a key member of a high-performing strategy team responsible for evaluating growth opportunities, shaping long-term business strategy and deliverables, and supporting execution of high-priority initiatives. Working closely with leaders across OneHome, CenterWell, and Humana, this role will develop business cases, strategic recommendations, transformation roadmaps, and executive-level communications that inform leadership and Board decision-making.
The position requires a highly analytical, collaborative, and self-directed individual who can translate complex business challenges into compelling strategic narratives and actionable outcomes.

This role will support the OneHome strategic vision and execution through:

  • Organizational strategic planning - Lead strategic planning efforts that define OneHome's long-term growth agenda, including market expansion, capability development, and operational transformation. Facilitate strategic planning processes and deliverables, establishing roadmaps that translate vision into executable priorities.
  • Framework development – Gain internal and external industry insights through research, expert interviews and analytical evaluations to understand new opportunities and abilities to close gaps in business and operations
  • Opportunity evaluation – Assess complex new opportunities to ensure value and feasibility in driving outcomes, growth and improved member care
  • Concept development – Work with enterprise and operational partners to refine strategic recommendations and goals through the development of high-level product requirements and realistic roadmaps
  • Portfolio management & governance - Support the governance and oversight of OneHome's strategic initiative portfolio by establishing prioritization frameworks, monitoring initiative performance, identifying risks and dependencies, and providing leadership transparency through regular reporting and business reviews
  • Program management - Coordinate multifaceted teams to develop strategic recommendations, execute against deadlines and effectively monitor and communicate progress
  • Executive storytelling & strategic communications – Own the development of strategic deliverables, executive dashboards, leadership briefings, Board materials, and enterprise communications that support informed decision-making and organizational alignment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong strategic, financial, and analytical acumen, including business case development and opportunity evaluation.
  • Experience leading strategic planning, transformation initiatives, or cross-functional programs in complex organizations.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop presentations and recommendations for senior leaders and Board-level audiences.
  • Experience managing strategic portfolios, performance reporting, and governance processes.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights and influence decision-making across organizational levels.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving alignment among diverse stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of relevant work experience
  • Five or more years of experience in strategy, line of business management, finance, or consulting
  • Two or more years of project leadership experience
  • Experience with analytics and use of data
  • Competency with Microsoft Office suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare or adjacent industries, particularly within Medicare Advantage and/or value-based care strategies / contracting
  • Passion for value-based healthcare for seniors
  • Knowledge of Humana enterprise business functions and processes

Pay Range

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.


 

$115,200 - $158,400 per year


 

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
