Citi's U.S. Consumer Cards (USCC) business is one of the largest card issuers in the United States, serving millions of customers across a broad portfolio of branded, co-brand, and retail services card products.  We are seeking to hire a SVP Pricing and Rewards Reengineering Product Development position to be part of the USCC Pricing and Rewards Reengineering team.

The Pricing and Rewards Reengineering Product Development, SVP position will report to the Head of USCC Pricing and Rewards Reengineering and will be responsible for the design, build, and implementation of new Pricing and Rewards strategies and initiatives.  This will include partnering with key stakeholders to define and write product requirements, and working with Tech to deliver features with high quality for Pricing and Rewards Reengineering initiatives.  This role will require significant interaction with Technology and requires strong credit card, pricing/rewards and technical expertise, as well as excellent partnership skills to work cross functionally across the organization and with functions such as Product, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Pricing and Rewards Reengineering projects simultaneously through ideation, defining and grooming requirements, governance reviews and approvals, build, testing, and launch
  • Prepare and present recommendations to leadership and collaborate cross functionally to drive business decisions
  • Update senior leaders on progress and influence the organization to support the overall execution roadmap
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners including Technology and Product teams in designing, building, implementing, and testing new strategies and enhancements
  • Create well-defined business requirements/user stories and testing criteria
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with high quality

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience (product development or technology experience preferred, credit cards and pricing or rewards experience a plus)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  • Ability to engage with diverse internal stakeholders (e.g., business leaders, oversight functions, etc.) and manage through influence
  • Ability to interpret regulatory requirements and application to existing Cards business processes
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to work in a matrixed environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and ability to communicate complex topics to key stakeholders at both business and technical levels
  • Demonstrates problem-solving skills to be able to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues
  • Ability to partner with and lead a large cross functional team to drive results
  • Will to win and desire to have fun

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$144,480.00 - $216,720.00
