Job Summary

This position serves as the enterprise subject matter expert for Power BI, AI-enabled analytics development, and Data Agent capabilities. The role is responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving the end-to-end dashboard and analytics solution development lifecycle, leveraging Generative AI, reusable assets, automation, and modern development practices to significantly improve analytics delivery productivity.
The Principal Analytics Consultant will establish enterprise standards, processes, and governance for dashboard design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance, with a focus on reducing development effort, accelerating time-to-insight, and improving solution quality and consistency. This role owns the lifecycle of the MEE Data Agent platform, including adoption, governance, enhancement, and enterprise scaling strategies.
As a recognized thought leader, this individual partners with business, analytics, product, and technology teams to identify opportunities to embed Gen AI capabilities into analytics delivery workflows and establish a scalable operating model that enables self-service analytics and enterprise-wide productivity gains.

Required Job Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree and 8 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR PhD with 4 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field OR 12 years of experience in health care services, statistical analysis, or insurance industry economics or related field 

• Understanding, and being highly proficient at querying a wide variety of internal and external data sources to get meaningful insights. 

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in computer languages, such as SQL, Python, R, etc. 

• Ability to create a dynamic and visually engaging dashboard leveraging data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. 

• High degree of business intelligence and understanding how to take a business case from inception to customer or partner execution.  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

• Ability to lead multiple analytic related projects in parallel.  

• Analytics subject matter expert 

• Performance excellence in championing initiatives and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to bring the initiative to life. 

• Ability to work under pressure and delivery high quality output to senior leadership to decision making within short timeline. 

Preferred Job Qualifications: 

• Recognized expertise in Microsoft Power BI and modern business intelligence practices.
• Experience designing and implementing analytics operating models, governance frameworks, and development standards at enterprise scale.
• Demonstrated success applying Generative AI, automation, and reusable development practices to improve analytics delivery productivity.
• Experience leading analytics platform strategy, adoption, and organizational change initiatives.
• Proven ability to define and execute a strategic vision for scaling analytics capabilities across large organizations.
• Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Healthcare payer, medical economics, or healthcare analytics experience preferred.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range$102,000.00 - $184,300.00
