- Enhancement of existing and implementation of new programs.

- Daily RAIL management & execution

- Ensures follow up action for issue resolution

- Approvals for CR/Rebills and RMAs.
- Creation of Get to Green Plans

- Candidates must have at least one year of experience in leadership role (team leader, temp manager, large scale cross functional project/program management, or format manager experience) OR have completed the Boeing internal course "Exploring Leadership."
- 10 + years of experience in programs or accounts management
- 2+ years' experience engaging in senior level communication including presentation development and report outs
- 3+ years' experience working with internal and external customers
- 2+ years' experience establishing, management and reporting of metrics.
- Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally up to 50% of the time
- Experience with standard Microsoft Office Applications
