Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, identify performance opportunities, and serve as a trusted advisor on performance improvement strategies.
- Independently lead discovery, consultation, and analysis efforts to diagnose business challenges, identify root causes, and determine the most effective solutions to address performance needs
- Translate business objectives into actionable recommendations, leveraging the right mix of learning, coaching, communications, knowledge management, process improvement, and other performance enablement strategies when appropriate.
- Guide work through the intake, prioritization, and planning process, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business priorities, resource capacity, and expected outcomes.
- Provide oversight for assigned initiatives by coordinating stakeholders, establishing governance, managing risks and dependencies, and evaluating progress toward agreed-upon objectives.
- Partner with business leaders, subject matter experts, and delivery teams to prepare organizations for implementation and ensure solutions are launched effectively.
- Define success measures and evaluate outcomes to assess effectiveness, demonstrate business value, and inform future performance improvement efforts.
- Identify and communicate portfolio-level trends, risks, opportunities, and emerging business needs to help inform strategic decision-making and future investment priorities.

Experience You Will Need:
- Experience partnering directly with senior business leaders and decision-makers to identify performance challenges, identify root causes, and recommend meaningful solutions.
- Experience problem solving and facilitating discovery conversations, gathering stakeholder requirements, and translating business needs into actionable recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to use data and business performance metrics to inform recommendations and assess solution effectiveness.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to assess competing priorities, risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment among leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners.
- Experience presenting recommendations, project updates, and business cases to senior leadership audiences.
- Experience managing a portfolio of work while balancing strategic initiatives, operational priorities, and changing business demands.
- Strong relationship-building skills with a demonstrated ability to establish credibility and trust across multiple levels of the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Small Commercial experience strongly preferred.
- Experience in organizational effectiveness, change management, learning strategy, or business process improvement.
- Experience working in a matrixed environment with accountability for influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholder groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferably within Organizational Development, Training, Business or a related field) or equivalent experience required.
- Advanced degree preferred.
- In addition, requires 7-10 years of related business experience to include 3-5 years of combined instructional design, performance coaching or program management experience.
- Prior management experience within a large insurance or financial services company strongly preferred.
- Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, to include advanced presentation/facilitation skills.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills.
