Responsibilities

Provide operational and marketing support to Small Group Hub (SGH) Producers and Account Managers. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

 

  • Prepare medical and ancillary insurance quotes for Producers and Account Managers.

  • Accurately enter and maintain data within agency systems and carrier platforms.

  • Facilitate new client onboarding, including carrier installations, Broker of Record (BOR) processing, and EPIC intake documentation.

  • Create enrollment materials and benefit booklets for new and renewing clients.

  • Support Account Managers with administrative and service-related tasks.

  • Respond to internal and external client requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Follow established procedures, quality controls, and compliance requirements.

  • Assist with departmental projects, process improvements, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience of related experience
  • Must be able to work in a team environment
  • Presentation skills mandatory
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing within all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
  • Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
