Who we are:

Atkore is forging a future where our employees, customers, suppliers, shareholders, and communities are building better together - a future focused on serving the customer and powering and protecting the world.

With a global network of manufacturing and distribution facilities, Atkore is a leading provider of electrical, safety and infrastructure solutions.

Who we are looking for:

We are currently looking for an RSC Coordinator to be based out of Dallas-Fort Worth, TX or Cartersville, GA. Reporting to the Regional Service Center Manager, this person will directly and indirectly support Regional Service Centers across the United States and Canada by coordinating operational support, analyzing and maintaining performance data, administering key systems, managing purchasing and facility support activities, and partnering across functions to drive consistent RSC processes.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative support experience, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality customer support. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in a lean warehouse or business-system-based organization is a plus.

What you'll do:

  • Support the Customer Experience Manager and designated Regional Service Centers with day-to-day operational needs, including onboarding support, visitor coordination, communications, and other administrative activities.
  • Generate, collect, analyze, and organize RSC data to support KPI and metric performance; maintain training completion, Standards of Work, LSNI, 5S, work instructions, and related documentation while partnering with corporate functions to drive One Atkore alignment.
  • Serve as a subject matter resource and maintain assigned RSC systems, including Tableau, Power BI, Enablon, Basware, and JD Edwards; coordinate labels, badges, documents, invoices, purchase orders, and work orders as needed.
  • Coordinate purchasing and inventory levels for operational consumables, finished goods, office supplies, and miscellaneous site needs; work with Procurement to research and onboard vendors for janitorial, pest control, PIT/battery equipment, racking, landscaping, plumbing, electrical, and other facility services.
  • Partner with Property Management and RSC Finance to understand lease scope, coordinate facility repairs and improvements, align spending for MRO and forklift-related costs, and identify opportunities to reduce or avoid costs.
  • Promote safety and employee engagement across the RSC network, travel to other RSC locations as needed to troubleshoot and provide support, and embrace Atkore's core values of Integrity, Respect, Excellence, Teamwork, and Accountability.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience, preferably in a multi-site operational or distribution environment.
  • Working knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, Enablon, Basware, and JD Edwards, with strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, customer-service, and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work constructively with all levels of the organization and across cultures.
  • Experience in a lean warehouse or business-system-based organization is a plus; ability to travel approximately 5%.

Within 3 months you'll:

  • Build working relationships with the Customer Experience Manager, assigned RSC leaders, and key partners in Procurement, Accounts Payable, EHS, Security, ABS, Finance, Property Management, and Human Resources.
  • Learn the core RSC systems, reporting cadence, KPI/metric expectations, purchasing workflows, and document-control requirements for assigned locations.
  • Assume routine coordination of assigned administrative, purchasing, invoice, work-order, onboarding, and site-support activities with appropriate follow-up and escalation.

Within 6 months you'll:

  • Independently maintain assigned RSC data, systems, training and standards documentation, and recurring reporting with strong accuracy and timeliness.
  • Establish reliable processes for vendor coordination, consumable and supply levels, and facility-support requests across assigned RSCs.
  • Use KPI, spend, and operational data to identify gaps, recurring issues, and opportunities to improve consistency, service, or cost.

Within 12 months you'll:

  • Be recognized as a dependable subject matter resource for assigned RSC systems and administrative processes, providing remote and on-site troubleshooting support as needed.
  • Drive stronger standardization and One Atkore alignment across assigned RSCs through disciplined documentation, cross-functional coordination, and follow-through.
  • Demonstrate measurable contributions to RSC performance through improved process reliability, cost control, safety/engagement support, and sustained KPI execution.
