Our client is looking for a Sales/Business Development Representative to support their growing operations by managing warm inbound and outbound leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving conversions. They operate within the home services industry and have built a strong reputation over the past few years for delivering consistent, high-quality customer experiences and scalable service operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and knows how to turn conversations into opportunities. The position focuses on handling incoming inquiries, following up with prospects, and ensuring every lead is effectively guided through the sales process.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to warm inbound leads via phone and follow-up channels

  • Conduct outbound follow-ups to re-engage prospects and maintain an active pipeline

  • Build strong relationships with potential clients to increase conversion rates

  • Manage and update lead information within the CRM system accurately

  • Keep leads engaged throughout the sales cycle until conversion or closure

  • Address customer concerns, feedback, or complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills

  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects to strengthen trust and retention

  • Track performance metrics and optimize outreach strategies based on data



Requirements
  • Strong experience in Sales or Business Development roles

  • Proven ability to handle inbound calls and follow up effectively with leads

  • High level of English proficiency, both written and spoken

  • Comfortable working with CRM systems and managing pipelines

  • Ability to work a structured schedule (Wednesday to Sunday, EST hours) Wed-Friday 10am-6 pm EST y Sat-Sun 8am-4pm EST.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, especially when handling customer concerns

Qualifications
  • Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on sales or conversions

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and improve performance

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented under pressure

  • Self-motivated and proactive in managing workload and opportunities
