Sales Enablement Specialist (ONSITE)  

 

About This Role  

The Sales Enablement Specialist equips the Emery Jensen field sales team with the content, training, and resources they need to sell effectively. This role designs and delivers enablement content across multiple modalities — e-learning, playbooks, job aids, and live/virtual sessions — and manages the tools and resource libraries that make those materials easy to find and use. Working within the Sales Effectiveness Department, the Specialist provides a blended-learning approach that helps reps ramp faster and stay current in a fast-growing & changing environment. 

 

This position requires effective project management skills, strong instructional design capability, content development expertise, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-moving, evolving environment. This individual will need to remain agile to meet the changing needs of our rapidly growing team.

  • Sales Enablement Content Development and Design: Design, develop, and maintain sales enablement content across multiple formats. Develop learning experiences that support key sales competencies and methodologies.  

  • New Hire Sales Onboarding Content Development: Develop and maintain onboarding content—including eLearning, job aids, virtual sessions, and seminar materials—to accelerate new-hire readiness. Partner with Sales Leaders, SMEs, and cross-functional teams to align content with field expectations. Coordinate logistics, presenter communications, content updates, and printed materials. 

  • LMS & Learning Hub Ownership (Ace Learning Place): Own the development, organization, and ongoing maintenance of sales enablement content within the Ace Learning Place (ALP) LMS. This includes building courses, learning paths, and curricula, ensuring content accuracy, usability, and alignment with role-based learning journeys. 

  • Training Sustainment & Content Maintenance: Maintain current, accurate training content across sales learning platforms. Retire outdated materials, host virtual events, and manage Teams administration. 

  • Curriculum & Learning Plan Development: Partner with Sales Leadership, HR, and SMEs to build role-based learning journeys, curricula, certifications, and reinforcement programs that strengthen sales skills and field performance. 

  • Measurement, Feedback, & Continuous Improvement: Develop and maintain surveys, assessments, and reporting to evaluate learning effectiveness and engagement. Analyze learning data, content consumption and feedback to identify trends, recommend content enhancements, and continuously improve the effectiveness of the sales team.

Required Skills  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or a related field or 

  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Learning & Development, Training, Instructional Design, or Learning Operations, with demonstrated ownership of learning content development.  

  • Experience partnering with subject matter experts (SMEs) and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective learning solutions. 

  • Experience supporting new hire onboarding programs or sales training initiatives preferred.  

  • Ability to design engaging, learner-centered content aligned to business needs and performance outcomes. 

  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment. 

  • Strong writing, editing, and content organization skills across digital and live learning formats. 

  • LMS experience, SABA/Cornerstone a plus 

  • Experience developing scalable learning content such as microlearnings, job aids, eLearning modules, and blended learning programs. 

  • Proficient in instructional design and curriculum development processes  

  • Prior experience managing or supporting content within an LMS, including building courses, assigning learning paths, and maintaining content accuracy. 

  • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on end user experience and business impact. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications skills 

  • Demonstrated project management skills  

  • Experience developing courses with e-learning software, like Articulate 360 or others a plus. 

  • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning principles 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint) and digital collaboration platforms. Software skills in Microsoft Office applications and online meeting/training software including Zoom and Microsoft Teams

$75000 - $85000
