Job Description

Sales Executive, Cardiology Informatics (TX, OK, NM, AZ, UT, CO, WY, MT)

Drive growth across a large, high-potential territory by helping health systems and imaging centers modernize their cardiology informatics capabilities with Philips solutions.

Your role:

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for Philips Cardiology Informatics solutions within existing and new health systems and imaging centers across your assigned territory.

  • Research target accounts, assess existing cardiology technology environments, and uncover opportunities to upgrade, standardize, or replace current solutions with Philips offerings, including interventional cardiology, non-invasive cardiology, TOMTEC, advanced visualization, and cloud-based solutions.

  • Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate the value of the Philips Cardiology Informatics portfolio.

  • Partner closely with Radiology Sales Executives, clinical and technical specialists, Zone Leadership, and cross-business colleagues in areas such as Image Guided Therapy, Cardiac Ultrasound, and Patient Monitoring to develop and execute account growth strategies.

  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline through disciplined account planning, customer engagement, funnel management, forecasting, and customer relationship management activities.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired experience in new-business development and enterprise sales, with a proven ability to create opportunities, manage complex sales cycles, and win new business.

  • Your skills include account strategy development, customer relationship management, business development, stakeholder management, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales funnel optimization.

  • You’re a self-motivated sales professional with a strong hunter mentality, excellent discipline, and the ability to operate independently within a large, active territory.

  • You’re comfortable engaging executive-level stakeholders and selling software, cloud-based solutions, or other enterprise technology solutions within healthcare environments.

  • You have strong business acumen, data analysis and interpretation skills, and experience using customer relationship management software to maintain accurate forecasts and performance metrics.

  • Experience selling imaging informatics solutions, cardiovascular, radiology, healthcare information technology, or hospital software sales is also highly valued.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $212,500 to $300,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment. The company will not consider candidates who require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to the territory (TX, OK, NM, AZ, UT, CO, WY, MT).
