** POSITION OVERVIEW ** This is not a traditional insurance agency, and we are not looking for traditional producers. The organization is selective about the clients it serves to ensure that every account written is one it truly wants to protect and grow with for the long term. Producers are trusted advisors first, supported by a team that believes in doing what is right for the client, investing in continuous sales development through the Sandler methodology, and building lasting careers rather than simply closing deals.
Position Summary The Sales Producer is responsible for driving new business growth and fostering strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service, trust, and value. This role combines proactive prospecting, relationship management, and risk consulting expertise to generate profitable accounts across both Commercial Lines and Personal Lines.

• Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven sales experience, with a hunter mentality and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Licensing: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required (Texas or applicable state), or the ability to obtain it within 30 days of hire.
• Insurance Background: Previous insurance industry experience is preferred but not required for high-performing sales professionals.
• Technical Skills: Experience using CRM and AMS platforms (such as InsuredMine, NowCerts, or similar systems) and Microsoft Office 365.

• Core Competencies: Consultative selling skills, strong relationship-building abilities, coachability, goal orientation, and high emotional intelligence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Client Consultation: Conduct detailed risk assessments and provide tailored insurance solutions designed to protect client assets over the long term.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM pipeline with daily activity updates, ensuring consistent follow-up and progress across all sales stages.
• Account Collaboration: Work closely with Account Managers to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, strong client retention, and effective cross-selling opportunities.
• Training & Development: Actively participate in weekly Sandler sales labs, AI-powered role-playing sessions, one-on-one coaching meetings, monthly team roundtables, and quarterly agency meetings.**
