The Mission

We are seeking a Senior Change Strategist to join our strategic customer portfolio, working alongside client stakeholders, business leaders, and frontline teams to drive adoption of strategic initiatives, technology implementations, and organizational transformations.

This is not a traditional change management role. You will serve as a trusted advisor and hands-on delivery partner who designs and executes change programs that deliver measurable business value and sustainable behavioral change across complex organizations.

You will bring strong expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to guide clients through ambiguity—translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and embedding human-centered change practices in technology-driven environments, including those shaped by Generative AI.

Your Assignment

Change Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Develop and execute change strategies for assigned client engagements, aligning stakeholders across business and technology teams.
  • Build strong working relationships with client sponsors and project teams, acting as a day-to-day trusted advisor on change and adoption matters.
  • Translate strategic priorities into practical, actionable change plans and roadmaps.

Adoption & Outcomes Management

  • Define and track adoption metrics in partnership with Analytics and Product teams, connecting behavior change to business outcomes.
  • Monitor readiness, surface risks, and adapt approaches based on data-driven findings and post-launch learnings.
  • Apply change management frameworks that support smooth transitions, employee engagement, and sustained adoption of new behaviors and processes.

AI-Enabled Transformation & Innovation

  • Support enterprise transformation efforts where work, workforce models, and human experiences are shaped by data, automation, and Generative AI.
  • Partner with clients on AI adoption, addressing readiness, skills shifts, workforce impacts, and responsible use.
  • Apply AI and AI agents to enhance productivity, delivery quality, and program effectiveness—including accelerating content development without sacrificing quality or impact.
  • Contribute to future-ready operating model designs using human-centered design principles.

Delivery Excellence

  • Deliver high-quality change management work independently and support team members through knowledge-sharing.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships that position Caylent as a partner of choice, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Contribute to proposal development and internal thought leadership as opportunities arise.

Your Qualifications

  • 4 –7 years of progressive experience in organizational design, transformation, and change enablement, ideally within consulting or professional services environments.
  • Experience contributing to or leading workstreams within large-scale transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to technology-enabled transformations, including digital, product, or engineering initiatives (GenAI experience a plus).
  • Strong client-facing skills with a track record of building trusted working relationships.

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable operating within complex, multi-faceted initiatives.
  • Solid communication skills—capable of building relationships and influencing across various levels, from frontline teams to senior client leaders.
  • Confident facilitator of workshops and working sessions with clear storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Working fluency in AI, automation, and Generative AI, including an understanding of workforce and organizational implications.
  • Interest in and aptitude for business development, with willingness to support identifying and growing client opportunities.

Flexibility

  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet client and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Systems, Change Management, or related field.
  • Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
  • Experience working across regulated industries (financial services, insurance, healthcare, higher education).
  • Exposure to partnering with data architects and technology teams to translate change strategy into technical execution.
