This position is accountable for delivering service excellence, customer retention and growth enablement, and operational alignment across multiple contracts and service offerings by partnering closely with Account Operations and internal leadership teams. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, strategic planning, issue escalation, and long term value creation rather than day to day transactional execution for the few, large and complex customers requiring highly customized solutions and deep strategic engagement.

  • Develop and execute annual and multi‑year account strategies focused on value creation, continuous improvement, and customer growth objectives
  • Facilitate Monthly and Quarterly Business Reviews, leveraging advanced analytics and performance insights to drive decision‑making and improvement initiatives
  • Partner closely with Account Operations, Warehouse leaders and functional leadership in Managed Transportation, Brokerage and Intermodal BU’s to ensure execution aligns with highly tailored customer requirements and SLAs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, and Finance teams on cross‑functional pricing decisions, solution design, and commercial strategy
  • Own escalation management for complex operational, financial, or service issues, ensuring rapid response and clear customer communication
  • Engage regularly with the assigned Sales partner and Executive Sponsor to ensure alignment, advocacy, and executive‑level support
  • Develop strong relationships with Client’s leadership levels
  • Develop understanding of Client needs including future business changes, demand/supply cycles, and areas for growth
  • Remediate Client level escalated credit disputes
  • Duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in logistics, supply chain, or 3PL environments with multi-site or enterprise-level scope
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex, multi-service customer accounts with significant revenue responsibility
  • Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year strategic plans that drive growth, profitability, and operational performance
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience with pricing strategy, cost optimization, and commercial decision support
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across operations, engineering, commercial, and finance organizations without direct authority
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations
  • Demonstrated success influencing senior stakeholders and building relationships at executive levels internally and externally
  • Strong knowledge of warehousing, fulfillment, transportation, and network design principles within a 3PL or distribution environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, including leading executive business reviews and strategic discussions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and data analysis platforms; experience with TMS/WMS systems preferred
  • Willingness to travel based on customer and business needs
