🌀 The Company

Filigran, founded in October 2022, stands out in the cybertech ecosystem for its commitment to revolutionizing cyber threat management with a proactive approach. Its mission is to develop innovative open-source solutions designed to anticipate cyber threats, identify security gaps, and strengthen organizational security posture.

Filigran solutions are now trusted by over 6,000 public and private organizations worldwide.

🎯 The Role

We're looking for a Senior Content Manager to join Filigran Academy — the learning engine behind XTM One, OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC — and take end-to-end ownership of content projects from concept through delivery.

This isn't a production role or a pedagogy role. It's both. As a Senior Content Manager at Filigran, you own the full content lifecycle of your assigned projects — from instructional design and SME collaboration through production, quality, and delivery. You are accountable for what learners experience, and you have the autonomy to shape it.

You'll work alongside other Senior Content Managers, each owning distinct projects end-to-end. Your ownership stays clearly yours, while shared standards and close collaboration with your peers keep the team's work coherent.

💼 Your Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end content for your assigned projects — from learning design through production, quality review, and LMS delivery

  • Design structured learning paths, courses, and certification programs aligned to learner personas and skill levels (beginner to advanced)

  • Apply instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) to ensure content drives measurable learning outcomes

  • Manage SME relationships across your projects — coordinating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure technical accuracy and relevance

  • Maintain production cadence for your projects: scripting, media production, review cycles, and publishing

  • Own quality within your project scope — including pedagogical soundness, tone consistency, and learner feedback integration

  • Contribute to ILT (Instructor-Led Training) development in partnership with the Customer Training Consultant: storyboards, delivery scripts, and alignment with on-demand content

  • Participate in a standing cross-lane harmonization function — shared style guide, tone/quality bar, and template standards — co-owned with peer Senior Content Managers and stewarded by the Director of Content Management

  • Track and report project-level metrics: module releases, completion rates, learner satisfaction, and content validation

  • Leverage AI tools and methodologies to boost content production and workflow efficiency

  • Contribute to team-wide documentation and workflow practices

🤝 Who You'll Work With

  • You report directly to the Director of Content Management

  • You collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to stay ahead of product changes and translate technical complexity into accessible learning

  • You partner with the Customer Training Consultant to align ILT delivery with on-demand content

  • You work alongside peer Senior Content Managers — each owning distinct projects end-to-end — sharing standards, practices, and team-wide initiatives

  • Cross-project initiatives (shared LMS infrastructure, joint launches, multi-product certification paths) are coordinated through the Director of Content Management

  • You coordinate with Marketing on content launches and Academy positioning

🧬 Profile We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience in instructional design, technical content creation, or a related field in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Demonstrated ability to own content end-to-end — from concept and design through production and delivery — without heavy process scaffolding

  • Strong instructional design foundation: you know how to structure learning for outcomes, not just information transfer

  • Experience managing multimedia production workflows (video, interactive content, visual design)

  • Comfortable engaging directly with subject matter experts and translating technical depth into learner-accessible content

  • Highly organized with strong project management instincts — you manage your own projects and don't drop threads

  • Proficient in modern content and LMS tooling (e.g., Camtasia, Articulate, Notion, or similar)

  • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment

  • Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit

  • Bonus: Experience in cybersecurity, open-source, or technical SaaS environments

  • Bonus: Familiarity with AI-assisted content production workflows
