Senior Customer Enablement Program Manager, New Learning Experiences

As a Senior Program Manager within the Global Scaled User Enablement Practice, you will have the unique opportunity to design and launch new learning experiences that expand how Databricks enablement upskills and activates users globally.  

You will report to the Global Scaled User Enablement Practice Leader and will own the strategy and execution of new scaled user learning programs, from pilot to global scale. You will bring an AI-first mindset to how learning is designed and delivered. Leveraging data, automation, and intelligent tooling to scale impact, while never losing sight of the human experience at the center of every program. You will leverage your expertise in program management, AI & data science, or equivalent enterprise technologies and stakeholder engagement to build compelling enablement experiences and drive adoption across GTM teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and innovative entrepreneur with a passion for building new learning programs from the ground up and working across departments and regions.

The impact you will have:

  • Build and launch new learning programs end-to-end in close partnership with with teams across Learning & Enablement, Operations, Regional Business and GTM - Marketing, Sales and Field Engineering      
  • Design and scale innovative learning programs within Databricks Free Edition, turning the platform into a world-class entry point for Learner growth and User adoption globally 
  • Define learning initiatives for emerging technical audiences, such as App Developers and Database Admins, in close partnership with Product, Content Development, and Regional Program Managers to design, pilot, and scale learning programs globally
  • Track program performance and drive accountability through data-driven reporting and actionable insights   

What we look for:

  • 6+ years of technical program management and stakeholder management experience in an enterprise technology company
  • Impact-driven with a growth mindset, embraces change, adapts quickly, and see ambiguity as an opportunity
  • Experience designing and launching new programs or pilots from zero to one, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently with minimal direction
  • Experience in Big Data, AI, data science, or equivalent enterprise technologies preferred
  • Ability to develop compelling stories based on data and motivate stakeholders and leaders to action
  • Experience creating scalable and simple processes and resources that are adopted by cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in or with product and go-to-market teams, such as professional services, customer success, marketing, sales
  • Strong understanding of enablement programs and training methodologies
  • Strong communications and presentation skills

Pay Range Transparency

Databricks is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range(s) for this role is listed below and represents the expected base salary range for non-commissionable roles or on-target earnings for commissionable roles.  Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and training, and specific work location. Based on the factors above, Databricks anticipated utilizing the full width of the range. The total compensation package for this position may also include eligibility for annual performance bonus, equity, and the benefits listed above. $105,600$145,200 USD
Zone 3 Pay Range
$99,800$137,150 USD
