About the Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support FP&A for the US business, with a strong focus on cost analytics, forecasting, and performance management.

This is a highly analytical, fast-paced role requiring someone who can build models quickly, generate insights from data, and support decision-making with speed and accuracy.

The Senior Finance Analyst FP&A will partner will support repair centers and retail stores to provide timely and accurate forecasting, reporting and analytics around Overheads, and Other costs related to owner experience and service.   

  Key Responsibilities

FP&A & Cost Management

  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
  • Manage and analyze cost centers (primarily overheads and cost of sales)
  • Build and maintain cost models (fixed vs. variable drivers, volume sensitivity)
  • Deliver accurate month-end reporting with clear variance analysis vs. budget and prior periods

Analytics & Insights

  • Perform deep-dive analysis on cost, margin, and performance drivers
  • Translate data into clear, actionable insights quickly
  • Build scenario and sensitivity models to support business decisions
  • Support business cases and ad-hoc analysis with fast turnaround

Business Partnering

  • Partner with functional teams to support planning and decision-making
  • Challenge assumptions and highlight risks and trade-offs
  • Present clear, data-driven insights to stakeholders

Reporting & Tools

  • Develop and improve dashboards and management reports
  • Automate and streamline reporting processes
  • Leverage Excel, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools to improve speed and accuracy
  • Ensure consistency across reporting and forecasting outputs

Forecasting & Performance Management

  • Support monthly forecast cycles and performance reviews
  • Track and explain variances with strong analytical rigor
  • Ensure forecasts reflect current business trends and risks

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process and reporting improvements
  • Partner with Finance Systems/BI teams on enhancements
  • Apply best practices in financial modeling and analytics 

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 4–7 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
  • Advanced Excel (modeling, scenario analysis; Power Query a plus)
  • Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Familiarity with ERP/planning systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve productivity
  • Fast, hands-on, and detail-oriented
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deliver quickly
  • Clear communicator who can turn analysis into insight
  • Proactive and continuously improving processes

Is a plus to have any of the following:

  • MBA in Finance  
  • SAP & OneStream experience
  • Experience in a CPG industry

Compensation: $84,800 - $106,000 plus bonus and benefits.
