You will partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Compliance, Sales, and customer-facing teams to transform complex banking challenges into scalable, modern product experiences.

If you're passionate about commercial payments, commercial banking technology, card products, and building solutions that deliver measurable value to financial institutions, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own and execute the product roadmap for CSI's Commercial Suite portfolio.
  • Identify unmet needs across community banks and commercial customers and translate them into scalable product capabilities.
  • Define product requirements supporting commercial payments, treasury services, card products, and embedded finance solutions.
  • Evaluate customer feedback, industry trends, and emerging technologies to drive product priorities.
  • Develop business cases, ROI analyses, pricing recommendations, and success metrics.
  • Manage products throughout the entire lifecycle, from discovery and prioritization through launch, adoption, and optimization.

Commercial Banking & Payments

  • Build capabilities supporting spend controls, reporting, account administration, virtual cards, and lifecycle management.
  • Partner with Operations and Technology teams to modernize legacy banking workflows through API-driven and automation-focused solutions.
  • Ensure effective integrations across core banking, digital banking, treasury management, payment, and fintech platforms.
  • Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, requirements, and customer journeys.

API & Platform Product Management

  • Work closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to define technical requirements and scalable solutions.
  • Define integration strategies and end-to-end customer experiences across CSI, partner, and third-party platforms.
  • Partner with technical teams on API requirements, documentation, testing expectations, and implementation strategies.
  • Balance customer-specific requests with reusable capabilities that can benefit CSI's broader client base.

Customer & Market Engagement

  • Engage directly with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders to understand business challenges and validate product direction.
  • Lead discovery sessions and requirements discussions with community banks.
  • Support product demonstrations, strategic customer engagements, conferences, and industry events.
  • Partner with Sales and Product Marketing on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market activities.
  • Monitor commercial payments, cards, treasury, and banking technology trends to identify growth opportunities.

Operational Excellence

  • Partner with Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Support teams to ensure product readiness and scalability.
  • Incorporate compliance, fraud prevention, risk, and operational requirements into product design.
  • Maintain product documentation, roadmap artifacts, and strategic planning materials.
  • Support successful product launches, adoption initiatives, and ongoing enhancements.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience within payments, commercial banking, fintech, card issuing, embedded finance, or related financial technology environments.
  • Experience owning and delivering financial technology products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
  • Strong understanding of commercial banking and commercial payment workflows.
  • Experience defining and delivering API-based banking, payment, or card solutions.
  • Experience partnering closely with Engineering and Architecture teams on technical product initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience translating complex business requirements into product capabilities, user stories, and customer experiences.
  • Experience with commercial cards, virtual cards, spend controls, and card lifecycle management.

Preferred Qualifications
