Role summary

Owns product marketing for Aspen Dental across its service lines, General Dentistry, Emergency, and Tooth Replacement, spanning market intelligence, campaign, promotions and go-to-market (GTM). This role is expected to move Aspen product marketing beyond execution, using commercial data and market intelligence to actively shape service-line strategy alongside Brand and Sales.

Key responsibilities

  • Own market intelligence, strategy, and GTM for launches/initiatives across Aspen’s service lines
  • Manage promotions and campaigns end-to-end, from planning through execution and performance tracking
  • Partner with Revenue Management on an ongoing basis to understand service-line performance from a commercial point of view — utilization, opportunity sizing, P&L contribution — and use that data to prioritize where PMM invests time and budget
  • Partner with clinical stakeholders on product messaging accuracy, and track clinical developments, product enhancements, and innovations relevant to service-line positioning
  • Partner with Legal and Compliance as a standing part of the role, ensuring messaging, claims, and promotional content meet regulatory and brand-risk standards
  • Collaborate with channel partners to drive consistent product and service-line messaging across web, CRM, social, and paid media
  • Support the Hub & Spoke GTM launch, executing against strategy set by the Sr. Director
  • Build and maintain market intelligence for Aspen’s service lines, partnering with the broader Insights team, where useful

Qualifications

  • 6-8 years in product marketing or a closely related commercial marketing function, ideally with exposure to a multi-service-line or multi-location business
  • Experience developing creative briefs and partnering with creative teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills — this role works regularly with Brand, Web, CRM, Media, Clinical, Legal/Compliance, Sales, and Revenue Management
  • Comfort working with commercial/revenue data (utilization, P&L, opportunity sizing) as an input to marketing strategy, not just campaign performance metrics
  • Healthcare, dental, or consumer-access-sensitive industry experience a plus

Annual Salary Range: $130,000-$155,000 plus 15% annual bonus, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
