 What You’ll Do

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Use these insights to inform product strategy and development.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage directly with customers through various channels to gather feedback and understand their pain points and desires. Transform these insights into actionable product features and enhancements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, underwriting and development teams to align product development with market needs and marketing strategies.
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with market trends and company objectives. Ensure the product vision is communicated effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Competitor Analysis: Keep a close eye on competitor products and market moves. Analyze their strategies to inform our product positioning and differentiation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions about product direction and priorities.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies for product launches and updates.
  • Feedback Loop Management: Establish and maintain a system for collecting, analyzing, and acting on customer and market feedback.
Basic Requirements
  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • Experience in market research.
  • Experience with customer engagement and feedback collection.
  • Great communication skills. Ability to talk with anyone in the company and get to an understanding of how you can help each other.
  • Great analytical skills that will be used for understanding opportunities, prioritization and measurement.
  • Ability to think creatively and strategically.
