  • Translate pilot learnings into repeatable partnership offerings, playbooks, and scalable operating processes.

  • Establish the long-term strategy for scaling Provider Partnerships, including the ecosystem, metrics, forecasting approach, and path to sustainable growth.

Who You Are

  • A learn-it-all who uses data, partner feedback, and market insight to test assumptions, improve the strategy, and make better decisions quickly.

  • A hands-on leader who can set a clear vision, navigate complex organizations, remove barriers, and bring diverse cross-functional teams together around shared goals.

Basic Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, enterprise sales, healthcare technology, or a related field.
