Our client is looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute high-impact SEO strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients. They are a digital marketing agency specializing in performance-driven strategies for service-based industries, with a strong track record of delivering measurable growth in recent years.
This role is ideal for someone highly analytical, hands-on, and results-oriented, who understands SEO beyond rankings and focuses on real business outcomes like traffic, leads, and revenue.
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify issues, opportunities, and actionable solutions
- Perform keyword research aligned with search intent, competition, and SERP behavior
- Execute on-page SEO optimizations including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and content structure
- Manage technical SEO tasks such as site speed optimization, schema implementation, crawlability, and indexing
- Develop and optimize local SEO strategies including Google Business Profile, citations, and location-based pages
- Plan and execute link-building strategies through outreach and backlink analysis
- Create and optimize SEO-focused content such as blog posts, landing pages, and service pages
- Leverage AI tools to streamline SEO processes including research, clustering, and optimization
- Monitor performance using analytics tools and report insights to internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on search engine algorithm changes, AI search trends, and evolving SEO practices
- Contribute to client communication when needed and support account managers with insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven SEO experience with measurable results (traffic growth, rankings, lead generation)
- Strong technical SEO knowledge including crawl audits, indexing, schema, and site structure
- Solid experience with on-page SEO best practices and content optimization
- Hands-on experience with local SEO strategies and map pack rankings
- Proven track record in link-building strategies and backlink management
- Advanced use of SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, and Search Console
- Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to enhance SEO workflows
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS to support on-page changes and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
- Clear and professional English communication skills
- Experience working in a marketing agency environment
- Background in SEO for Home Services or Healthcare industries
- Familiarity with WordPress or basic development concepts (JavaScript, PHP)
- Experience with CRO and user behavior tools such as heatmaps
