We are seeking an experienced, analytical, and business-focused Senior Specialist – Program Management to join the CSS Program Risk Management Team. This role is responsible for supporting complex program operations through pricing administration, reporting, BOM management, profitability analysis, and the development of tools that enable customer-facing teams to manage programs more effectively. The position plays a critical role in driving pricing accuracy, improving data transparency, identifying margin and contract risks, and supporting decisions that strengthen profitability across key program accounts. This individual will work closely with Program Management, Customer Service, Procurement, Finance, vendors, and customer teams to ensure program data, pricing, and reporting are accurate, actionable, and aligned with contractual and business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Pricing Administration and Profitability Management
  • Own and maintain cost and pricing data across assigned programs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with contractual requirements.
  •  Analyze pricing, cost changes, supplier quotes, and margin trends to identify risks, opportunities, and actions needed to protect or improve program profitability.
  • Provide quarterly pricing support for contract business, validate Special Pricing Agreement expirations, and coordinate customer quotations by partnering with vendors and internal program teams.
  • Monitor and safeguard contractual pricing terms while proactively escalating pricing discrepancies, margin concerns, and compliance risks.
  • Reporting, Analytics, and Decision Support
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring and ad hoc reporting using Microsoft Access, Power BI, Excel, and other business tools to support internal teams, external customers, and program leadership.
  •  Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that support program tracking, risk analysis, profitability reviews, and operational decision-making.
  • Maintain strong data integrity standards and continuously improve reporting processes to increase accuracy, consistency, and visibility across programs.
  • Tool Creation and Process Improvement
  •  Create and improve tools, templates, dashboards, and data models that help customer service, program management, procurement, and customer teams better manage program activity.
  • Identify process gaps, reporting inefficiencies, and manual workarounds, then design practical solutions that improve team productivity and reduce risk.
  •  Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and convert them into scalable tools and reporting solutions.
  •  Bill of Material (BOM) Management
  •  Manage item creation, maintenance, and updates for multiple program BOMs to ensure materials, pricing, and program requirements remain aligned.
  •  Coordinate with Customer Service, Procurement, Program Management, vendors, and customer teams to resolve data discrepancies and support accurate material planning.
  • Support BOM governance by ensuring changes are properly reviewed, documented, and reflected across reporting and program tools.

Qualifications:

  •  High School Degree or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  •  2+ years of experience in program management, pricing administration, reporting, analytics, contract support, or a related business operations function.
  •  Demonstrated ability to analyze pricing, cost, margin, and program data to identify business risks and profitability opportunities.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while maintaining accuracy, urgency, and attention to detail.
