As our Sr. Account Manager, you will…

Excel in driving success on a major account within the Life Sciences sector. This role emphasizes a strong marketing focus on Healthcare Professional (HCP) Marketing, including the development of various marketing tactics including brochures, emails, peer-to-peer presentations, videos, and the execution of conference assets. You will lead and oversee projects that require both strategic vision and hands-on expertise in client communications, agency operations, and delivering outstanding, impactful work.

 What You’ll Do

  • Provide strategic leadership by writing thoughtful briefs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leading projects through a strategic lens
  • Assist in all facets of client services 
    • Build relationships and trust through communications with clients to facilitate the overall needs of the client and agency
    • Develop knowledge of the client’s products, benefits and features, value proposition, and target audience
    • Obtain an understanding of the category and relevant competitors
    • Participate in client and internal project reviews, presentations and status meetings
    • Effectively collect and communicate client direction and feedback, clarifying as needed, to cross functional agency team 
  • Ensure delivery of quality work to clients on scope, time, and budget
  • Incorporate and manage up to senior Account Management staff as needed
  • Report on the financial status of projects, monitoring job hours and tracking against project completion
  • Manage administrative duties, including maintaining client status meeting notes and sending monthly financial document emails in partnership with senior Account Management
  • Possess working knowledge of all agency processes and work well with the internal team to ensure projects are progressing on strategy, time and budget
  • Remain open to continued learning, proactively seeking out team members to gain working knowledge of the brand, category, agency capabilities, and client management on an ongoing basis
  • Keep up to date on industry and category trends through news, websites and trade journals
  • Remain alert to client needs and elevate opportunities to convert into organic account growth

What You’ll Bring

  • 3-5 years of account management experience within an advertising environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced client management skills, especially as it relates to setting and managing client expectations
  • Commitment to the client, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving ability
  • Superior professional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work/to do list
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves in a highly collaborative environment
  • Agility to adapt and find solutions when client needs change

The salary range for this role is $66,850 - $80,000, based on the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
