  • Maintain strong operational discipline around account planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue performance.

  • Help establish scalable best practices for managing and growing Higgsfield's most important customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or enterprise business development, with demonstrated ownership of large, complex customer relationships.

  • Proven track record of growing and retaining high-value enterprise accounts, including significant upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue.

  • Experience managing strategic relationships with Fortune 500 companies, global brands, or similarly complex enterprise organizations.

  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite executives, senior business leaders, and enterprise decision-makers.

  • Strong commercial judgment, with experience negotiating complex enterprise agreements and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.

  • Experience developing strategic account plans, identifying whitespace opportunities, and expanding adoption across large organizations.

  • Background in enterprise SaaS, AI/GenAI, creative technology, marketing technology, or usage-based software strongly preferred.

  • Ability to translate sophisticated technology capabilities into business value for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
