About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized Strategic Campaigns Manager to oversee and drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all global markets, including the US, UK, AU, NZ, SG, and CA.

This role will act as the central hub for campaign planning and execution, ensuring alignment across Marketing, Product and Sales teams. The ideal candidate is a strong project manager and communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage timelines, and ensure campaigns are delivered on time and at a high standard.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all key markets (US, UK, AU, NZ, SG, CA).
  • Ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives, brand strategy, and regional priorities.
  • Develop campaign briefs, timelines, and execution plans to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Act as the central point of coordination for all campaign-related activities across marketing functions (email, web, social, paid media, design, and content).
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.
  • Track progress across all workstreams and proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align on campaign goals, messaging, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate asset creation across internal teams, ensuring clarity on requirements, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Facilitate regular campaign check-ins and status updates with key stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and consistent campaign updates to internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility into timelines, progress, and performance.
  • Maintain centralized documentation for all campaigns, including briefs, calendars, and reporting.
  • Analyze campaign performance in partnership with analytics teams and share insights to inform future campaigns.
  • Establish and refine campaign workflows, processes, and best practices to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve cross-team collaboration and campaign execution.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or project management. 
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns across multiple markets. 
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally. 
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities. 
  • Experience with project management and marketing tools. Airtable is a plus.
