The Role

As a Strategist, you contribute to shaping strategy across clients and projects. You help turn research into insight, insight into strategy, and strategy into clear direction for teams and clients. This is a role where you build your craft through active contribution. You analyze, question, and connect ideas—helping translate complex business and healthcare challenges into focused, actionable strategy. You bring curiosity, attention to detail, and a willingness to engage. You’re eager to learn how strategy works in practice—how to structure complex problems, uncover meaningful insights, collaborate with and inspire creative teams, and contribute to work that drives real outcomes. Over time, you build confidence in your perspective and your ability to contribute to the work. You ask questions, push your thinking further, and look for what others might miss.

You Will

  • Support the development of strategies that address client business challenges through research, analysis, and insight generation
  • Analyze competitors, client landscapes, and market dynamics to identify patterns, challenges, and opportunities
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, helping uncover the human needs behind business problems and translating findings into insight
  • Translate insights into strategic outputs, such as personas, journey maps, and frameworks that clarify challenges and opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of creative briefs that drive clear, focused execution while simplifying complex ideas and inspiring teams
  • Help structure and develop presentations, turning complex information into clear, organized thinking
  • Present work internally and, at times, support client-facing conversations
  • Participate in measurement and analytics discussions, connecting strategy to performance and outcomes
  • Own defined portions of projects, while collaborating with team members and seeking guidance when needed

You Have

  • 2–4 years of experience in strategy, marketing, consulting, research, or a related field
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify patterns and draw connections
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and simply
  • Experience contributing to briefs, research, or strategic deliverables
  • Comfort working in ambiguity, managing multiple priorities, and asking for support when needed

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary
  • Health, Dental and Vision benefit packages to fit all types of lifestyles
  • Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance paid 100% by the company
  • FSA / HSA Options
