Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable Subaru vehicles.
  • Conduct vehicle presentations and demonstrate features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales terms and close deals effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Subaru products, inventory, pricing, and promotions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Adhere to dealership policies and procedures and uphold company standards.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
