Technical Marketing Lead — Growth, Lifecycle & CRO

Fully Remote · Full-Time · Reports to VP of Growth Marketing

About the Role

At Sage Haus, we help families find the support they need to make everyday life feel more manageable. We’re looking for a full-stack technical growth marketer to help more families find us—and make every step that follows feel clear, helpful, and personal.

You’ll own the demand side of our funnel, from the website through lifecycle to digital products. This is a hands-on role with room to build, experiment, and see the impact of your work. You’ll write the email, build the flow, read the dashboard, fix the landing page, and brief the ad—sometimes all in the same day.

You’re comfortable across the channel mix, technical enough to build your own automations, and curious enough to learn what you haven’t done before. You know when to dig into the data and when to ship a first version and learn from it.

Your first priority will be getting our lifecycle and CRM foundations working well: auditing existing flows, establishing a reliable baseline, and shipping the fixes with the highest revenue impact. From there, you’ll take on broader conversion ownership—from first site visit to booked call, attended call, deposit, and subscription.

You’ll work closely with our VP of Growth Marketing, to turn ideas into better experiences for families and measurable growth for Sage Haus.

You’re a Great Fit If…

  • You’ve owned a full demand funnel end to end—not just one channel inside it—and can talk through what you built, what you changed, and what happened next.
  • You build your own automations and flows. You’re comfortable in tools like Make, Zapier, Flodesk, Klaviyo, or ActiveCampaign, and you’re willing to learn whatever helps you get the job done.
  • You can write the email, build the reminder sequence, and figure out why people are booking calls but not showing up.
  • You’re comfortable getting under the hood of a landing page, form, or booking flow, spotting friction, and shipping a fix.
  • You trust data over instinct. You can pull the number, chart it, explain what it means, and change the plan when the results tell you to.
  • You use AI to move faster, solve problems, and learn new skills. For us, it’s a workflow tool—not a replacement for thoughtful, human content.
  • You’d rather ship a version 1 today than perfect a version 3 in a quarter. You know how to prioritize, test, learn, and keep moving.
  • You care about the families behind the funnel. You want the experience to feel clear, helpful, and personal from the first click onward.

Bonus: You’ve worked in a two-sided marketplace, subscription/app business, or household services. You’re comfortable connecting the dots across paid media, sales, content, and SEO.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $100,000–$130,000 annually on a full-time-equivalent basis, depending on experience and qualifications.

We’re looking for someone who can grow with Sage Haus. This role is intended to be full-time, but we’re open to starting part-time and building toward full-time together if that makes the transition easier. We’ll agree on hours, prorated compensation, and a ramp-up timeline before you begin.

Schedule & Work Environment

  • Fully remote: Work where you do your best work.
  • 30–40 hours per week: A flexible schedule, with agreed time together for team meetings and collaboration.
  • Room to ramp up: We’re open to an initial part-time schedule with a clear path to full-time.
  • Ownership and collaboration: You’ll have room to run with your work, alongside a team that shares ideas, solves problems, and keeps families at the center.

Interview Process

We want to get to know how you think, what you’ve built, and what you’re looking for next—and give you a chance to get to know us, too. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. A quick introduction — 15 minutes. We’ll talk about your background, what drew you to Sage Haus, and practical details like availability and compensation.
  2. A short technical exercise. A chance to show how you approach the kind of work you’d do here. We’ll share clear instructions and the expected time commitment in advance.
  3. A conversation with our leadership team — 20–30 minutes. We’ll dig into your experience, how you work with others, and how you tackle a problem when the answer isn’t obvious.
  4. A final conversation with Nelson, our VP of Growth Marketing. We’ll talk through your approach, what you’d take on first, and any remaining questions on either side before we make a hiring decision.

How to Apply

If you’re passionate about helping families, enjoy connecting people, and are excited about the Sage Haus mission, we’d love to hear from you. Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit for this role.
