Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work with modelers and data analytics staff to write and/or edit model technical documentation, CCAR results documentation, and/or model monitoring reports.
  • Ensure that documents are complete and include all required elements as stipulated in the Enterprise Model Risk Management policies and procedures and any regulatory requirements.
  • Edit documents for language, clarity, style, flow, and structure
  • Document policies, processes and procedures
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Critically read prior versions of documentation and validation reports to identify areas for refinement
  • Attend meetings with modelers to gain insight/background information that will be included in the documentation.
  • Take minutes at these working group or committee meetings
  • Work with the Quality Assurance Team to improve the process of review and the quality of documentation.

Qualifications

Required Skills:

  • Three or more years with a global, publicly-traded company, with experience in writing, editing and business process documentation is highly preferred
  • Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Visio and SharePoint experience preferred
  • College or University degree, with preference for a writing-intensive and research focused degree and/or relevant comparable work experience is required / preferred.
