Leads Workday implementation activities across planning, configuration, design, data conversion, reporting, testing, training, go-live, and post-production support. Partners with Huron and client teams, manages technical and functional stakeholders, analyzes and reconciles data, develops reporting solutions, and provides implementation leadership in a consulting environment.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Workday implementations, with a focus on data conversion and/or reporting.
- Hands‑on experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
- Working knowledge of Workday reporting frameworks and data structures.
- Experience with data analysis, reconciliation, and validation across multiple data sources.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑based consulting environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and functional stakeholders.
- Workday certifications in HCM, Financials, Reporting, or related areas.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior consulting experience on Workday implementations.
- Experience supporting multiple Workday deployments or phases (e.g., initial implementation, optimization, or post‑production support).
