Lead and build Harbor's global RevOps function, owning end-to-end revenue lifecycle, GTM operating model, tech/data stack modernization, analytics, cadence, and governance. Partner with CRO, CEO, CFO, Board and cross-functional teams to drive forecast accuracy, pipeline velocity, win rates, renewals, and sales productivity while standing up scalable processes, tooling, and operating rigor across Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Finance and IT.

Provide sales support and operations services including preparing proposals and materials, communicating with clients and partners, maintaining data and case lifecycles, recommending solutions, understanding insurance products, and training junior associates.

Work with founders to scale customer setup, revenue operations, product operations, and internal systems. Onboard customers, manage CRM workflows and dashboards, surface product feedback, use data and AI to improve processes, and build playbooks and documentation to enable company growth.
