Leads finance for the Connected Products business, building planning, forecasting, reporting, governance, costing, inventory, and revenue-management capabilities. Partners with technology, commercial, and executive leaders on investments, resource allocation, growth strategies, and performance measurement. Oversees forecasting cycles, establishes operating rhythms, communicates financial insights, and develops a high-performing finance team through organizational change.

Supports the Connected Products business through financial planning, forecasting, reporting, modeling, and performance analysis. Builds scalable finance processes, tools, and analytical frameworks; partners with product, commercial, engineering, operations, and finance leaders; evaluates investments and new product opportunities; identifies trends, risks, and growth opportunities; and prepares executive reporting while improving evolving finance capabilities.

Lead product strategy and execution for Moen B2C product lines, align pricing/distribution, support new product development through stage-gate, collaborate cross-functionally, advocate for customer needs, support go-to-market and sales enablement, and travel to field teams (~15%).
