Teams at LogicGate

Support and administer People Team programs including onboarding, recognition, engagement surveys, and learning systems. Coordinate logistics, run audits, maintain platforms (LMS, internal swag/store), synthesize survey data into presentations, draft communications, and partner cross-functionally to optimize HR program operations using generative AI tools. Ensure brand-aligned employee communications and provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Manage and improve LogicGate's internal IT infrastructure: endpoint (Jamf) and identity (Okta) administration, lifecycle automation, SaaS integrations, zero-trust controls, AWS/GCP backend support, and cross-functional IT security and automation projects to increase operational efficiency and governance.

Drive pipeline generation through targeted inbound and outbound prospecting using phone, email, and LinkedIn. Perform deep account and contact research, leverage AI-assisted tools and intent/technographic signals, maintain Salesforce CRM hygiene, and develop knowledge of Risk Cloud and the GRC landscape to qualify opportunities for Account Executives.
