The Director of FP&A leads financial planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting, and performance analysis across North America and Europe. The role partners with senior agency leaders, manages overhead and staffing analysis, oversees Hyperion planning governance, drives reporting process improvements, and ensures financial controls and compliance. This position leads and develops a distributed team of three, presents insights to executives, and shapes financial decisions supporting sustainable, profitable growth.

Leads visual direction and design for consumer brand campaigns, product launches, e-commerce, social, digital, photography, video, packaging, and retail content. Develops concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and creative treatments; directs photo and video shoots; oversees retouching and final delivery; ensures brand consistency across channels; collaborates with copywriters, clients, strategists, and production teams; and mentors designers.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders, including complex calendar, travel, expense, meeting, event, document, and information management. Welcomes guests, coordinates office logistics, manages vendors and deliveries, supports executive communications and strategic projects, and improves administrative processes. Requires discretion, strong communication, proactive problem-solving, technology proficiency, and flexibility in a fast-paced hybrid environment.
