Leads visual direction and design for consumer brand campaigns, product launches, e-commerce, social, digital, photography, video, packaging, and retail content. Develops concepts, mood boards, storyboards, and creative treatments; directs photo and video shoots; oversees retouching and final delivery; ensures brand consistency across channels; collaborates with copywriters, clients, strategists, and production teams; and mentors designers.

Provides high-level administrative and operational support to senior leaders, including complex calendar, travel, expense, meeting, event, document, and information management. Welcomes guests, coordinates office logistics, manages vendors and deliveries, supports executive communications and strategic projects, and improves administrative processes. Requires discretion, strong communication, proactive problem-solving, technology proficiency, and flexibility in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Supports reporting requests, ERP project-information updates, internal creative-project coordination, resource-manager administration, and ad hoc business operations projects. Provides project management assistance by organizing kickoff meetings and reviews while collaborating across departments and teams. The internship includes client projects, a cross-functional capstone, networking, mentoring, and professional development activities focused on building foundational operations experience in marketing and advertising.
