The Finance Director - FP&A will lead the Global Category Management FP&A team, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis, and financial reporting across a global organization.

Lead packaging development initiatives across North America and Europe, drive material and process innovation (fiber-based or thermoformed plastics), build business cases and roadmaps, manage supplier technical relationships, mentor engineers, ensure specifications and sustainability, and drive continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment.

Partner with the Chief Brand & Experience Officer to translate strategy into operations: run leadership rhythms, manage resource planning, capacity and utilization forecasting, financial reconciliation, operational dashboards, process improvements, and cross-functional alignment to drive organizational effectiveness across Brand & Experience functions.
