Uncap is a Shopify Platinum Partner and Shopify Expert since 2013, headquartered in Chicago and working with operator-led manufacturers, distributors, and wholesalers across the US and Canada. We build complex B2B and unified commerce on Shopify: big catalogs, legacy ERPs, contract pricing, and real operational stakes. Our mission is simple: give smaller and mid-market businesses the commerce capability that used to be locked behind enterprise budgets and seven-figure consulting engagements. These businesses are the catalyst of the economy, and they deserve a real chance to compete with the big guys. We do it two ways. Uncap Solutions are fixed-scope services from our Shopify Expert team: Uncap Commerce (launches, migrations, upgrades), Uncap Growth (ongoing managed services), and Uncap Blueprint (architecture, ERP roadmap, and total cost of ownership before a build). Uncap Products extend Shopify where it needs extending: Uncap Connect (the embedded Shopify app for ERP integrations), Uncap Diagrams (shop by diagram), Uncap Garage (Year-Make-Model fitment), Uncap Quotes (quote to cash), Uncap Rebates (rebate management), and Uncap Warranties (warranty and protection plans). We integrate Shopify with the ERPs our customers run, including NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, Epicor, Infor, and Sage, plus the PIM, search, tax, and shipping systems around them. ULE Group, a national electrical and lighting distributor, launched a unified B2B and B2C stack designed for a million-plus SKUs in under nine months and grew online sales 6x, with Epicor Eclipse, Akeneo, Algolia, and Uncap Quotes wired in. Kooks Headers & Exhaust moved to Shopify Plus with an Infor Visual ERP integration and vehicle fitment, lifting conversion 22% and cutting total cost of ownership 38%.
