Job Summary

This position is responsible for facilitating learning solutions, including instructor lead classroom, WebEx and remote training rooms via video conferencing and other technologies. Delivering training using adult learning principles, effective facilitation concepts and successful classroom management. Providing support with client needs analysis, consulting, and recommendations of learning solutions. Responsible for the successful transfer of knowledge to the student meeting speed to proficiency expectations. This position is responsible for delivering high-quality learning solutions through instructor-led classroom, virtual, and video-conference-based training environments. The role applies adult learning principles, facilitation techniques, and classroom management practices to drive learner engagement and knowledge transfer.
The Senior Training Specialist partners with business stakeholders to assess learning needs, recommend solutions, and support employee performance and speed to proficiency. This position also serves as a mentor to new Performance Specialists by providing coaching, facilitation best practices, classroom management guidance, and ongoing developmental support.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Education, or Training, or related field, with 2 years of experience in training/education OR 6 years of experience in either insurance or health care or communications or training that includes experience in two or more of the following:
• Coaching
• Project management managing multiple projects
        Classroom facilitation
        Instructional design and development
        SDO,IT,GPD,SAM experience.
• Basic knowledge of testing methodologies/measurements.
• Advanced knowledge of adult learning theories.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, subject matter experts.
• Ability to lead projects.
• Experience with Learning Management System or other related system/application.
• Demonstrate knowledge of multiple modalities in facilitation.
• Proven ability to work with multiple internal and external customers, senior management, and subject matter experts.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance, healthcare, employee onboarding, learning and development, or enterprise learning environment.
• Experience facilitating both instructor-led and virtual training programs.
• Experience consulting with business partners to identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Team lead experience.
• Experience supporting curriculum implementation, learner performance, and onboarding programs.

• Advanced facilitation certifications or training credentials

• Knowledge of adult learning, instructional design awareness, and performance consulting practices.

This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan subject to the terms and the conditions of the plan.

Flex employees are expected to be in the office a minimum of three days a week. Management will have discretion to modify an employee's weekly schedule for exigent circumstances.

Base Pay Range$63,300.00 - $114,300.00
