Produce polished internal and customer-facing training and enablement content (videos, guides, SOPs, walkthroughs). Maintain DEO content library, enforce brand and QA standards, coordinate with Product and Marketing, and manage content production calendars to ensure timely, accurate materials for onboarding and field delivery.

Lead integrated communications strategy to advance policy, congressional, and reputational objectives. Manage media engagement, rapid response, external materials, and cross-functional messaging. Build and mentor the communications team and advise senior leadership.
