Develop hooks, concepts, scripts, gameplay edits, creator footage, and AI-generated assets; analyze metrics such as hold rate, watch time, and click-through rate; iterate winning concepts across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, and other platforms; organize creative assets; and collaborate with User Acquisition and marketing teams to improve production workflows.

Edit and produce high-volume short-form videos for social media, paid advertising, product promotions, and digital experiences. Repurpose existing footage, create motion graphics and animations, optimize content for platform-specific formats, and iterate based on performance data and feedback. Collaborate with marketing, brand, design, and video teams while maintaining organized assets and brand consistency. Provide shoot guidance and contribute creative concepts, hooks, and formats for giveaway, membership, and commerce-focused content.

Create and publish social content for the PCH brand across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
