Supports the Growth Marketing team across paid media and account-based marketing. Responsibilities include analyzing search terms and campaign performance, monitoring LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube campaigns, researching competitors, reporting on audiences and leads, launching Demandbase campaigns, building targeted account lists, supporting landing pages, ads, and emails, and using AI to derive sales insights from call transcripts.

Lead and grow a team of designers to develop brand and campaign concepts across channels. Provide creative direction, approve work, partner cross-functionally, refine processes, and elevate visual identity to meet business goals.
