Supports digital campaign projects and content operations processes, collaborating with Account, Creative, Data, and Digital Experience teams. The intern helps manage marketing workflows, improve ways of working, and contribute to client projects while developing professional, organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Supports global employee communications through intranet content, newsletters, digital signage, leadership communications, and events. Maintains content calendars, measures engagement, and assists with initiatives that strengthen culture, increase awareness, and improve employee experience. Collaborates with employees and cross-functional teams while gaining practical experience in communications, content creation, project management, and internal engagement.

Lead global consumer research and insights strategy, design and execute qualitative and quantitative studies, advise senior stakeholders, manage vendors and budgets, develop capability roadmaps, and translate research into client-facing presentations and commercial outcomes.
