Develop and maintain a scalable full-stack platform for pre-construction planning, project management, logistics, and accounting. Responsibilities include building Python and JavaScript modules, developing React-based interfaces, testing user experiences, managing database and application security audits, maintaining Google Compute Engine environments and backups, monitoring logs, patching issues, and improving data cleanliness. The role requires strong AI and prompt engineering skills, collaboration with systems analysts, and occasional site or business travel.

Provides administrative, systems, and technical support for the Business Improvement department. Responsibilities include coordinating meetings and communications, maintaining Monday.com boards and automations, conducting quality checks, documenting processes, assisting with licensing and awards, supporting device administration and new-hire equipment setup, troubleshooting routine IT issues, and contributing to basic coding and automation projects.

Owns multi-state payroll and sales tax compliance, including registrations, filings, reconciliations, amended returns, notices, penalties, unemployment claims, and historical cleanup. Researches state and local tax requirements, resolves discrepancies with agencies and payroll providers, maintains exemption certificates, and manages business registrations and compliance deadlines. Develops centralized compliance calendars and documentation while independently handling complex accounting and tax issues.

Manage purchasing and inventory of fencing and related materials across ~600 SKUs. Create and track POs, obtain vendor quotes, resolve shipment issues, support audits, coordinate deliveries with internal teams, maintain vendor records, process invoices, and report procurement metrics using Excel, Sage, and Monday.com.

Fabricate and repair metal components for commercial fencing: read blueprints, cut, weld (various positions), grind, assemble, inspect welds, maintain safe workspace, and assist with shop duties.

Lead commercial fencing projects from award through closeout. Manage client relationships, schedules, procurement, budgets, field coordination, change orders, and project teams to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.

Lead and optimize the commercial operations division: manage project teams, oversee day-to-day workflows, procurement, budgets, policies, vendor relationships, customer support, compliance, and performance metrics to drive growth and ensure timely, profitable project delivery.

Lead and develop the preconstruction function, managing remote estimators, drafters, and coordinators. Oversee estimating, bid preparation, project handoffs, standards, and estimating software implementation while aligning Sales and Operations and driving process improvements and reporting.

Serve as the liaison between field superintendents and project managers to coordinate materials, logistics, scheduling, documentation, and project closeout. Track milestones, manage change orders and compliance paperwork, maintain digital project files, and support cross-functional teams (Accounting, Safety, Estimating) to prevent bottlenecks and keep field crews productive. Emphasis on attention to detail, timely communication, and ownership of lifecycle tracking.

Build and run the procurement function: design workflows in Monday.com, manage vendor lifecycle and purchasing, track inventory and materials, create dashboards and SOPs, forecast demand, and coordinate cross-functionally to keep projects supplied and on budget.
