Develops test plans, specifications, schedules, and reports; coordinates laboratory technicians; communicates technical findings and project status to clients; resolves compliance issues; supports standards development and continuous improvement. The role includes occasional client-site travel and hybrid office work.

Design, build, and operate MongoDB Atlas features and distributed backend systems, with a focus on encryption, compliance, customer-managed keys, and cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. Lead complex technical projects and fleet-wide production rollouts, collaborate with product, design, customers, and support teams, mentor engineers, resolve production issues, and participate in on-call support.

Design, implement, and support enterprise physical security systems (video surveillance, access control, sensors, IoT). Consult with clients, develop technical architectures, configure and test systems, troubleshoot hardware/software, manage projects, run design workshops, and support sales and delivery. Travel 25-50% and perform hands-on installations and network-integrated solutions.
