Lead strategic finance initiatives including budgeting, forecasting, scenario analysis, capital planning, unit economics, KPI management, valuation, M&A evaluation, and financial modeling. Partner with executives and cross-functional teams to assess strategic investments, market expansion, pricing, and product economics. Present recommendations to executives and board members, support fundraising and investor communications, and develop financial frameworks and dashboards that guide company strategy.

Own and scale the accounting function, including monthly close, financial reporting, AP, AR, billing, collections, tax, audits, controls, and accounting systems. Lead a three-person team, provide technical accounting guidance, and modernize operations through NetSuite workflows, Salesforce integrations, AI tools, and automated reconciliations. Establish scalable controls, improve close efficiency, manage auditors, and reduce senior finance involvement in routine accounting decisions and operational issues.
