Lead and support company-wide budgeting, strategic planning, and monthly/quarterly forecasting. Provide FP&A support to functional leaders, prepare journal entries and month-end reporting with variance analysis, manage capital planning and CAPEX forecasting, perform data reconciliations and financial modeling, support board reporting, and drive process improvements.

Lead pricing, promotions, and trade investment strategy for assigned channels/portfolios using RGM frameworks (PPA, elasticity, incrementality). Drive analytically driven price and promotional recommendations, manage trade budgets, perform deep-dive analyses, influence senior stakeholders, and contribute to annual financial planning while advancing RGM capabilities and governance.

The Sr. Manager will lead financial planning, forecasting, and analysis, drive performance management, and work closely with business leaders for strategic financial advice.
